Public Budget Hearing

Meeting was called to order at 6:00pm. Present at the meeting were Dennis O’Donnell- Chairman, Scott Wilder and Glenn Meier-Supervisors, Kevin Taylor- Patrolman, Phyllis Wilder–Treasurer and Andrea Lundquist-Clerk. Residents and onlookers included William Johnson.

The budget was reviewed. Motion was made by Dennis to accept the budget levy for 2010 for $120,000. Scott seconded the motion. All members were in favor of accepting the budget. Budget levy carried.

Monthly Meeting

Meeting called to order at 6:30 pm. Present at the meeting were Dennis O’Donnell- Chairman, Scott Wilder and Glenn Meier-Supervisors, Kevin Taylor- Patrolman, Phyllis Wilder–Treasurer and Andrea Lundquist-Clerk. Residents and onlookers included William Johnson, and Mike Henderson.

The meeting was called to order by Dennis.

The minutes of the last meeting were read by the Andrea.

Minutes were received by town board.

The treasurer’s monthly report was presented by Phyllis.

Treasurer’s report was received by town board.

Public Input- None.

Old Business – Assessor’s Bid for Ed O’Meara to be the assessor for the 2010 assessment year for $4400 was reviewed. Motion made by Glenn to accept bid and seconded by Scott. All in favor. Motion carried.

Driveway signs for 345^th were discussed. At this time there will not be any signs placed.

Patrolman/Hwy. Building/Hwy. Report – The account we used to hold at John Deere was closed due to inactivity. The town will not hold open a new account at this time.

TRIP program applied for was approved by the county highway commission for Birch Avenue and 155^th Street.

All bills paid and approved.

The next meeting will be Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at 6:30pm.

Motion to adjourn the meeting made by Scott. Seconded by Glenn. Carried.
